This New Year’s Eve, prepare for a night of unparalleled luxury, flashing lights, and jazz-age decadence as novelle transforms into an opulent haven to welcome 2027. Guests are invited to turn back the clock a century and immerse themselves in the glitz and glamour of the Roaring Twenties, complete with live entertainment by Blue Light Bandits and 4 of a Kind. It's a non-stop celebration all night long.

The high-energy event features a premium, chef-curated four-course menu designed exclusively for the evening. For $100 per person, attendees can indulge in a decadent culinary experience before ringing in the new year.

The exclusive New Year's Eve menu features:

• Starter: Court Bouillon-Poached Shrimp Cocktail with lemon confit and cocktail sauce, or Thai Beef Satay served with peanut sauce and fresh cilantro

• Second Course: Classic Caesar Salad with an anchovy garlic butter crostini, or a Beet & Goat Cheese Salad featuring roasted beets, creamy goat cheese, mixed greens, champagne vinaigrette, and candied walnuts.

• Third Course: Petit Filet Mignon, accompanied by seasoned lump crab, béarnaise sauce, silk potatoes, and haricots verts, or a Champagne Truffled Chicken Alfredo featuring pan-roasted airline chicken breast, pappardelle pasta, and a truffled parmesan cream.

• Dessert: Tuxedo Crème Brûlée with a black bottom crème brûlée and Frangelico Chantilly cream, or a Pistachio Praline Cheesecake featuring velvety cheesecake, pistachio praline crumble, and crème anglaise.
