Drawing Entry Requirements and Instructions
From September 1st, 2025, to September 15th, 2025, anyone 21 years of age or older who meets the following requirements will be eligible to participate:
· Download the Mohegan Sun Casino real money gaming application on any Apple or Android device.
· Open an account via the Mohegan Sun Casino real money gaming application or the MoheganSunCasino.com website.
· Successfully complete the registration process. Participants will be subject to FanDuel's Terms & Conditions and Know Your Customer requirements.
· Wager $50 or more on any casino game in the MoheganSunCasino.com app.
All eligible participants who comply with the steps stated above will receive one entry into the drawing.
Participants can earn up to 10 entries per day into the Sweepstakes by wagering in $50 increments. A $500 bet will get the participant the maximum number of entries (10) each day. These entries are automatically counted and entered in the Sweepstakes through our software, contestants do not have to opt in.
Drawing Details and Procedures
A Mohegan Digital Gaming Team Member will provide the Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment (MGE) Digital Gaming Department with a list of participants who meet the criteria stated above. On or before September 18 th , 2025, one winner will be randomly selected by a member of the MGE Digital Gaming Department.
The drawing will be conducted via an Excel random number generator. Prior to contacting the winner, the MGE Digital Gaming Department will verify the winner met the entry requirements and is not invalid via the exclusions stated below.
Following the drawing, a member of the MGE Digital Gaming Department will contact the winner via the information provided by the Mohegan Digital Gaming Team Member. If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, they are ineligible to receive their prize, and another winner will not be selected.
Prizes Awarded
One-Night Stay at Mohegan Sun, Four Tickets to Adam Sandler at Mohegan Sun Arena on September 25 th , 2025, Dinner for Two ($200 Food and Beverage Credit).
Payout Procedures
The winner will be notified by a member of the MGE Digital Gaming Department who will provide instructions on how to claim their prize.
The winner will be given the choice to accept a Casino Bonus option of up to 50% of the original prize value if they are unable to accept the gift. Should the winner choose Casino Bonus as their prize, they will be notified via email within 10 business days when it is in their account for use. Casino Bonuses are able to be used on all casino games on the MoheganSunCasino.com app. Casino Bonuses are issued as non-withdrawable site credit that expires in 7 days.
Exclusions
The following individuals are not eligible to enter the promotion:
- Participants whose name appears on the Security Ejection List.
§ Participants who have elected to self-exclude on the list of prohibited participants
- Employees of the Mohegan Tribe Corporate Governance and Compliance Department, Mohegan Sun Casino, Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment, Mohegan Tribal Gaming Commission, and the Mohegan Tribal Surveillance and their immediate family members.
- Participants that are not in good standing (ie, frozen accounts, exclusion, etc.).
- Anyone under 21 years of age.
Tax Form Requirements
The winner is subject to all state and federal tax requirements. A 1099-Miscellaneous Income Form issued for all prizes valued at $600 or more as required by the IRS will be issued to the winner at the end of the year.
Additional Rules/Information
§ Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
§ Prizes won may be subject to forfeiture if it is verified by MGE management that the winner's participation in the event did not meet the entry requirements for partaking in the event as established in the event rules.
§ Any attempted forgery of entries shall be deemed invalid, and all participants involved will be subject to appropriate legal action.
§ Entry constitutes permission to utilize participants' name and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without remuneration. This includes displaying the winner's name on property signage, using names in external e-mail announcements or on mohegansun.com.
§ Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules shall be resolved by MGE management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding to all participants.
§ MGE may void any entry, and/or cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice to the public with notification to the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Commission.
§ Upon entry participants agree to abide by all promotion rules.
§ The information collected online is used for e-mail broadcasts utilizing tailored information upon the request of a visitor. Information received such as name, e-mail address, home address, and data collected regarding areas of interest is stored in a database. The database is available for MGE's usage only and is not shared with anyone. None of the information collected is sold or shared with any third party and is available only to specific Marketing Managers at MGE or FanDuel.

Advertising, Marketing and Promotional Materials
MGE will comply with the Marketing and Advertising Standards stated in Section 12-XXX-25 of the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection regulations for online casino gaming and retail and online sports wagering.
