Dan Webster started with Mohegan Sun back in October of 1996 as an HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) Mechanic in the Engineering Department. Dan earned promotions to HVAC/Stationary Engineer Supervisor, Central Plant Manager and currently serves as Vice President of Facility Operations. Dan credits Mohegan Sun with providing him the resources and opportunities to gain more knowledge and experience in his chosen field:
"Mohegan Sun has provided me with valuable opportunities to further my career, whether it was the classes made available through ECSU, the tuition reimbursement program, numerous training classes offered through our in-house Training Department, technical training received through the Engineering Department, or the many lessons learned by simply being a part of the Mohegan Sun Team for going on 18 years, I have found that through hard work and remaining focused, all of the tools needed to excel are provided for you at Mohegan Sun."
Jeff Hamilton began his career at Mohegan Sun in June 2004 where he worked in the Human Resources Department as an Employee Relations Counselor. He was later promoted to HR Communications Manager and then decided to learn something new and accepted the position of Advertising Manager. Jeff then returned back to the Human Resources Department as the Director of Compensation and Benefits and was quickly promoted to VP of HR and then in 2015, accepted a promotion to his current position, Assistant General Manager.

Through all of my positions here and the different responsibilities, in every single one of them I was able to work next to a bunch of great people. Erica Tessier began her career at Mohegan Sun as a VIP Receptionist in October of 1996 and within a month she was promoted to VIP Supervisor. Shortly afterwards, Erica was offered the position of Shift Manager. In 1998, Erica became an Executive Host and within just a few years she was asked to join the department's management team. She continued to earn multiple promotions in the department until 2005 when she became Director of Executive Hosts. Her position expanded in 2010 to include Director of the Player's Club department, and the following year she became Director of Consumer Promotions, overseeing the Player’s Club and Consumer Promotions teams. Erica attributes her success to her former members of management who continuously supported her professional growth and development.
"I can remember when I returned from maternity leave as an Executive Host I passed (former President and CEO) Bill Velardo in the hallway. Bill, with whom I was not too familiar with at the time, stopped and inquired about the new addition to my family. I was impressed that the CEO of Mohegan Sun knew who I was and what was going on in my life. The concern and compassion that was offered to me on that day is what I try to relay to my own staff members. I genuinely feel that I work at the best casino and am proud to have been here through all phases of growth and change. I’m excited to see what the future holds at Mohegan Sun."
