Please be aware that we ask about current medical conditions of our guests to ensure we are providing a safe spa experience. If you have any medical conditions that may impact your experience, please share with our Concierge upon booking your reservations. Some services cannot be performed on our guests if they have a pre-existing medical condition such as pregnancy. Guests under 18 years of age require parental consent via a signed Minor Waiver and in some cases, Parent must accompany minor during the treatment. All facilities and amenities are adult only, so minors under the age of 18 are not permitted access. Proper attire is required for all minors having eligible services. Please see our Spa Concierge for complete details regarding this or any of our policies.
We ask that you arrive at least 30-minutes prior to your service so that you may take full advantage of our amenities and facilities prior to your service. Amenities and facilities are only accessible the day of your service and close at 6:00pm, so please plan your arrival accordingly.
*For groups of six or more, please contact our Sales and Marketing Coordinator at 860.862.4501. Please be aware that a 72-hour change/cancellation policy is applicable to groups. Non-group reservations have a 24-hour change/cancellation policy.
Please be aware that we do not accept Spa Reservations, changes or cancellations to reservations via voicemail, email or social media; you must speak directly to one of our Spa Concierge during our hours of operation.
For your convenience, a 20% service charge in lieu of gratuity will be automatically applied to the final bill. Your provider will receive 100% of the service charge. Gratuity for exemplary service is discretionary. Prices and services are subject to change without notice.
