Hi!

My name is Tom Ryan, and welcome to Tom’s Watch Bar, where all things familiar take on new and exciting forms.

I traveled the world to take the sights, sounds, tastes and culture from as many places as possible to bring them to your table. I received a PhD in Flavor and Fragrance Chemistry, was named one of the Top 25 Food Entrepreneurs of the Last Quarter Century by Gourmet Magazine and dedicated my life to creating dining and drinking experiences that linger long after you leave. Why am I telling you all of this? Because what’s on this menu and what surrounds you is the culmination of my life’s work and I couldn’t be more excited to share it with you.

Our drink selection covers the preference spectrum, from old-school beers to outlandish cocktails and our long list of food guarantees that anyone will find something to try and something to fall in love with. You can also see our TV screens from every seat in the house, some of them tuned to sports, some music videos and the rest are on what we’ve dubbed TomTV, which is personalized, hand-curated content exclusive to the Tom’s Urban Mohegan Sun crowd.

With our unique approach to cuisine, lethally delicious cocktails, craft beer and urban vibe, we hope to make you a regular, whether you’re a Mohegan Sun local or lucky enough to be visiting.
