Sift Bake Shop is a family-owned, French focused bakery with locations in Mystic, CT, Niantic, CT, Watch Hill, RI and Mohegan Sun. The bake shop, owned and operated by Pastry Chef Adam Young, features a wide variety of artisanal breads, breakfast pastries, and sweet and savory delights. Each menu item starts from scratch with only the best and freshest ingredients with everything made in-house. Featuring a full barista, guests can enjoy coffees, lattes, artisanal beverages, and more. Sift Bake Shop’s goal is to deliver their customers quality, unique, and delicious food in a warm and welcoming environment.
