What is Mohegan Sun Beyond?

Mohegan Sun Beyond is an entirely free-to-play online desktop and mobile app game. At no time throughout your play are you required to use real money or provide any sort of payment information. However, if you wish to further your play, you have the option to purchase additional chips.  If you are an existing player at Mohegan Sun Connecticut, you can link your Momentum card to your Mohegan Beyond account and convert your Loyalty Coins into Momentum Dollars for use on property.

How do I create an account?

Upon accessing the casino games portion of Mohegan Sun Beyond a welcome box will pop up requesting your email address. Simply enter your email address, check you agree to the Terms of Use & Privacy Policy and click on Submit. An activation email will be sent, click on the link in the email to create a password and complete setting up your account. If your account is not activated, you will not have access to all the features.

How can I transfer my progress to another device?

If you are using a desktop or laptop computer, go to mohegansun.com/beyond and log in with your email and password to access your account. If you are using the app on a mobile device, open the app and enter your email address. You will receive an email with an activation code. Once you enter the activation code on your new device, your account will be available there.

My password resets every time I log in. What do I do?

Your password will not save if your browser is set to private browsing or incognito mode. Having this option on will encrypt your data and prevent the game from saving it properly.
Also, certain game data and information, such as your password, are saved in your cache, cookies, and browser history. Clearing these locations too often will subsequently delete your saved information as well. It is suggested to only clear these when your browser’s performance begins to slow.

I disconnected from a game and I can’t continue. What do I do?

If you’ve just disconnected from a game, you should ask yourself the following questions:

- Does my device meet the system requirements stated above in the FAQ?
- Am I on a stable network connection/reception?
- Do I have private browsing/incognito mode turned off?

What are tournaments and how do they work?

Tournaments are miniature competitions between you and other players. Every spin that you make during a tournament will be added to your score based on your win amounts. Those that place in the top three when the tournament is over will receive an additional chip prize.

Tournament rules and behaviors are as follows:
- 1% of all spins will be added to the tournament prize pool.
- Players are ranked based on the amount that they win during the tournament duration.
- The top three players will split the prize pool.

What is Happy Hour?

During a Happy Hour, all games will be unlocked and available for play even if normally your player level is not high enough.

What are experience points/XP?

Experience points (often abbreviated to exp or XP) is a unit of measurement used to quantify player progression towards your next player level.

What is Momentum?

What does linking my Momentum Card do?

By playing in Mohegan Sun Beyond, you will regularly gain a special currency called “Loyalty Coins.” Every 5,000 Loyalty Coins can be converted into one Momentum Dollar for use at our property. 

You can also exchange your Loyalty Coins into 300,000 in-game chips if you prefer.

How do I link my Momentum account to an existing Mohegan Sun Beyond account?

You can link your Momentum card by accessing your profile page, found in the top-left corner of the game library. On the “Momentum” tab, press the “Link” button and login to your Momentum account. To complete the process, input your seven-digit Momentum card number.

I’ve lost/forgotten my Momentum Card information. What can I do?

Our team at Mohegan Sun Beyond support does not have access to player’s Momentum account information. For all inquiries regarding this topic, including your Momentum Dollar balance and replacement of cards, please visit any Player’s Club booth on property or call our main number 888.226.7711

I’m a member at Mohegan Sun ilani/Pocono. Can I use my Momentum Card here?

Unfortunately, our version of Mohegan Sun Beyond is exclusive to Connecticut Momentum members. Both Pocono and ilani have their own version of Mohegan Sun Beyond in which your respective Momentum cards can link to.

Loyalty Coins

What are Loyalty Coins?

Loyalty Coins are a special in-game currency only obtainable by playing in the game. If you have your Momentum card attached to your account, you can exchange a minimum of 5,000 Loyalty Coins for one Momentum Dollar for use at our property.

You can also exchange your Loyalty Coins into 300,000 in-game chips if you prefer.

How do I get Loyalty Coins?

The more you play, the more loyalty coins you earn. 

How do I convert my Loyalty Coins to Momentum?

If you have linked your Momentum account to Mohegan Sun Beyond and have at least 5,000 Loyalty Coins, you can convert them by accessing your profile page, found in the top-left corner of the game library. On the “Momentum” tab, press the “Convert” button to confirm your conversion.

Is there a limit on how many Loyalty coins I can convert to Momentum Dollars?

You are allowed to convert a maximum of 25,000 Loyalty Coins to five Momentum Dollars per a 24-hour cycle.

What do friends do in Mohegan Sun Beyond?

Having lots of friends on Mohegan Sun Beyond gives you the opportunity to gift them with a free gift of 20,000 chips daily, and they can even send you the same in return.

I still have gifts in my inbox. Why can’t I redeem them?

Unless there is a gift-related event that states otherwise, the maximum limit of redeemable gifts per day is three total.

Why don’t I have any gifts in my inbox?

Gifts are only receivable if people on your friends list have sent them to you. Since gifts are not a guaranteed daily reward, it is possible that no one on your friends list sent gifts out.

How many people can I send gifts to/redeem daily?

Once you connect with friends, you can send a maximum of one gift to 100 different friends of your choosing per day. If your friends have sent you gifts, you can redeem a maximum of three gifts per day.

If your purchase was made through an iOS mobile device, you will need to contact Apple support directly.

We can refund your Loyalty Coins if you still possess the same amount of chips/Momentum Dollars that you accidentally converted to. For us to refund your conversion, please provide us with the following details for research and review:

- Momentum card number
- Registered email address
