From his dedication to his work, to his track record of innovation within cocktail culture and his well-earned reputation as a tough-living night owl, Paul is uniquely placed to carry on the legacy of Norman "Sailor Jerry" Collins - as well as the 92 proof Rum that bears his name - in his work as the brand's U.S. Brand Ambassador. Originally hailing from Boston, New York transplant Paul quickly grew an affinity for spirits and an unconditional appetite for campaigning as one of Boston's leading nightlife promoters, all while operating beverage programs at nationally renowned properties in Boston. During this time, Paul developed the attitude, dedication and expertise that he brings with him to his current role.

His work within the nightlife industry speaks for itself. In addition to his achievements as a promoter and bartender, Paul has earned a reputation as a nightlife consultant and was responsible for countless outside beverage operations and brand launches. Paul cemented his reputation within the industry by opening and operating a globally recognized hotel bar in Boston, where he exuded true Norman "Sailor Jerry" Collins values in his creative and innovative cocktail program. During this time, Paul has developed and expanded his craft within the world of mixology. This drive to be imaginative with spirits and develop engaging events has brought him to the big city, where he continues to embody the pioneering craft and legacy of Sailor Jerry.

As comfortable behind the bar as he is in front of it, Paul can be found scouring the dive bars, cocktails bars, tattoo parlors and motorcycle shops of America in search of the people and places where the spirit of Norman Collins lives on.
