Stephanie Speziali

Stephanie Speziali

In August of 1998, Stephanie Speziali was hired as an Employee Counselor in the Human Resources Department. As Mohegan Sun began to grow so did Stephanie's role here. She was asked to create a Career Development program to prepare employees for upcoming career opportunities that the new Casino of the Sky expansion would offer. Food & Beverage asked her to develop a similar program for them. She joined the Food & Beverage Department permanently as the Support Services Operations Manager in August of 2001 and held that position for 5 years. In June 2006, she became the Operations Manager of Earth Specialty Restaurants, the position she currently holds today. Stephanie's enthusiasm for her job and her unwavering support of those she works with is widely known.

"I have been immensely fortunate to have worked at Mohegan Sun for 11 years this August! I've got to say that with each opportunity, I was able to continue expanding an already strong network, which is integral to every success I've enjoyed to date, both professionally and personally. In any capacity, in any role, I share my success with all of the people I've worked with and continue to collaborate with on a daily basis around the property. The knowledge, talent, verve and fortitude of those around me, the mutual respect and trust of teammates, colleagues and superiors have made my journey interesting, challenging, colorful and very satisfying!"
