Guests are welcomed to superb dining in an incredible setting with an exquisitely airy design scheme and mosaic murals overlooking the retail shopping experience and a brilliant view of the Taughannick waterfall. Send your spirit soaring as you enjoy traditional, hearty American fare in this bright and open 24-hour restaurant.

For those early risers, Fidelia's serves up an Express Breakfast Buffet (Adults: $10.95 Children 6-12: $5.95 (Price does not include 6% Connecticut State Sales Tax or gratuity)). For a more relaxed experience, choose from from our Sunny Starts menu, which includes: fresh fruits, sausage and biscuits, bagels, pastries, smoked salmon platter, eggs your way with or without traditional breakfast meats or steak, open-faced omelets, griddle cakes, and French toast just to name a few things.

Fidelia's also offers select All Day and Late Night menu starters like creamy New England Clam Chowder, Grilled Chicken Quesadillas and our own Philly Cheese Steak Egg Rolls. After that, why not try our Asian Chicken Salad or Tuscan Vegetable Wrap for a lighter fare? Looking for more gusto? We recommend a 10 oz. Steakburger or an Open-faced Roast Turkey or Hot Roast Beef Sandwich to satisfy your cravings. We also feature entrées such as Yankee Pot Roast, Sarge's Surf & Turf, thick and hearty Beef Pot Pie, Mahogany Roasted Half Chicken or Ricotta Cheese Ravioli with Herb-Grilled Chicken. We also offer a selection of seafood dishes like Maple-Glazed Salmon, Shrimp Scampi and Fidelia's Fish & Chips. And for those guests who like breakfast fare, Fidelia's offers a limited breakfast selection throughout the day.

And why stop there? We dare you to try our Apple Hand Pies, classic Cheesecake or Brett's Triple Threat Chocolate Layer Cake from our in-house bake shop.
