WHAT IS THE LEGAL AGE FOR GAMBLING IN CONNECTICUT?
The legal age for casino gambling in Connecticut is 21 years old. Mohegan Sun strongly enforces underage gambling regulations. Underage gamblers found on the gaming floor are subject to ejection and/or arrest.
WHERE SHOULD I REDEEM MY "COIN FREE" TICKETS FOR CASH?
To redeem tickets for cash, guests can simply visit one of Mohegan Sun's more than 50 ticket redemption kiosks or nine cashiering booths conveniently located throughout the casinos.
WHAT ARE COMPS?
At Mohegan Sun, comps are known as Momentum Dollars. Momentum Dollars are earned while you wager at slots, tables or in our Race Book. These Momentum Dollars then can be used to purchase anything you like, anywhere within Mohegan Sun at a dollar-for-dollar rate.
HOW DO I GET RATED?
Easy... first be sure to become a Momentum member. Membership is free and it only takes a few minutes to join. Simply present your valid identification at any Player's Club booth for your personalized account and start earning valuable Momentum Dollars today! After receiving your personal Momentum card, it should then be inserted in your slot or video poker machine* every time you play, or presented to the dealer when you play any table game. The dealer will alert the floor person who will track the amount of time, your play and your average bet to help you earn valuable Momentum Dollars good towards food and beverage, entertainment, exclusive merchandise and more!

HOW DO I REDEEM MY MOMENTUM DOLLARS?
Simply present your Momentum card with valid identification (or PIN number) and Momentum Dollars will be automatically debited from your account. Be sure to check your Momentum Dollar balance prior to redemption by inserting your card in any slot or video poker machine and viewing the reader display.
HOW CAN I CORRECT A MISSPELLING ON MY MOMENTUM CARD?
To fix a misspelling on your Momentum card, simply go to any Player's Club booth the next time you visit Mohegan Sun. We will reissue you a new card with the correct spelling. Valid photo identification required.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PIN NUMBER?
If you would like to change your PIN number or have forgotten the number, visit one of the Main Cages or Player's Club booth. Valid photo identification required.
HOW MANY SLOT MACHINES DO YOU HAVE?
Mohegan Sun has nearly 5,000 of the newest slot machines available.
WHAT DENOMINATIONS ARE THE SLOT MACHINES?
Mohegan Sun offers slot machine denominations of half-cent, $0.01, $0.05, $0.25, $0.50, $1, $5, $10, $25, $100 and the only $500 machine in New England.
Half-Cent - It's the latest trend in slot machines and only Mohegan Sun has it. The Northeast's premier entertainment destination has installed 20 half-cent slot machines in its Casino of the Earth and Casino of the Sky.
